About the Role
Join our team as a phlebotomist where you will provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about patient care and dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service
- Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages
- Collect and prepare non-blood specimens
- Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering
- Champion safety, compliance, and quality control
- Maintain strict confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI)
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous phlebotomy training or experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and data entry skills
