About the Role
The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide their vehicle purchase in a no-haggle sales environment. This role involves responding to leads, answering questions, providing information, and guiding customers from initial contact to an in-store experience, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Interact with hundreds of customers online, over the phone, and in person.
- Guide customers through their vehicle purchase in a no-haggle sales environment.
- Respond to leads in a timely fashion.
- Answer customer questions and provide information.
- Guide customers effectively from phone and internet contact to an in-store experience.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Help customers select their perfect vehicle.
- Negotiate terms to ensure payment options meet customer lifestyles, budgets, and expectations.
- Close the deal.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience both before and after purchase.
- Drive loyalty by following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Help transition customers to the Service department to support their ownership experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
- Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
- Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Willingness to follow up with customers.
- Experience and desire to work with technology.
- Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
