About the Role

The Drywall Carrier assists in delivering products to customers in coordination with the Delivery Truck Driver. Prioritizing safety, the Carrier handles materials safely at heights, interacts with customers, and provides yard assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service during all interactions.
• Accompany Truck Drivers to assist in the safe and efficient delivery of products to customers, including shingles and drywall.
• Handle materials manually and with appropriate equipment.
• Assess the work environment to identify and eliminate potential hazards.
• Safely set up and climb ladders as required.
• Perform yard duties, including assisting customers and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Assist Truck Drivers on delivery sites as needed, including backing and setup.
• Check with supervisor or job board for daily tasks and assignments.
• Ensure compliance with Moffatt and Powell policies and procedures.
• Assist in the yard and provide support as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

Salary/Compensations

• $20.00 plus premium per sheet of Drywall / Singles
