About the Role
Blue Compass RV is seeking a Detailer to clean the interior and exterior of RVs, performing general detailing activities such as vacuuming, shampooing, and deodorizing.
Responsibilities
- Clean RVs inside and out
- Clean and polish windows
- Dust furniture and trim
- Clean all floors
- Wash interiors including upholstery, apply leather cleaning products, and remove/clean floor mats
- Apply stain guard
- Deep clean appliances
- Operate cleaning equipment or machines
- Use a variety of hand-held tools to detail the interior of RVs
- Notify supervisor of RV parts requiring repair or replacement
- Prep new units for delivery and recondition pre-owned units
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dealership or detail center is a plus, not required
- Self-directed initiative, ability to apply oneself with limited supervision
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Physically strenuous job requiring standing all day
- Requires climbing up and down stairs
- Exposure to outside weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to approximately 15LBS
- Some positions may require applicants to possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record
