  • Manage and optimize 7-figure monthly media budgets, collaborating with Allocation & Performance Managers on budget allocation.
  • Lead A/B and multivariate landing page testing, translating performance data into actionable insights.
  • Partner with design, analytics, and engineering teams to improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
  • Foster a culture of testing and optimization, integrating experimentation throughout the funnel.
  • Stay current with platform changes, monitoring new Google features, policy updates, and healthcare advertising compliance.
  • Monitor and report on performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Looker Studio, ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Analyze competitor and UK market trends to identify growth opportunities and develop effective bidding and targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, design, and the Growth Lead for consistent messaging and strategy execution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in search or paid media with deep hands-on experience managing Google campaigns.
  • Expert knowledge of Google Ads, including advanced campaign types and automation features (e.g., Performance Max).
  • Proven track record in planning, executing, and interpreting landing page experiments.
  • Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, capable of forming data-driven hypotheses, defining success metrics, and communicating findings.
  • Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, pharma, insurance) and navigating compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in D2C, consumer, or subscription-based businesses, with an understanding of optimizing for acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Strong understanding of UK consumer behavior and localizing campaigns for tone, messaging, and search intent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with healthcare-specific search compliance (e.g., medical claims, ad copy restrictions, prescription pathways) is highly desirable.
  • Experience scaling search in multi-market or global organizations is a plus.
  • Comfort using first-party data to optimize creative and bidding strategies is a plus.
