About the Role
The Senior Analyst plays a key role within the Strategy & Activation team, managing client campaigns, planning, set-up, optimization, and reporting. This role contributes to business efficiency improvements, deputizes for the Manager, and supports junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Manage and own campaigns across multiple channels and platforms, optimizing tactics and strategies for best performance.
- Create media plans demonstrating client account knowledge and suggesting new testing opportunities.
- Manage all operational work for campaign launch, from planning to set-up to reporting.
- Own campaign execution and QA within buying platforms, proactively troubleshooting issues.
- Optimize campaign performance against forecasts, driving results and providing new ideas.
- Produce weekly client reports with performance summaries, insights, and actions taken.
- Manage day-to-day client contact, ensuring campaign alignment with expectations and providing data-driven recommendations.
- Own the performance aspect of weekly calls, providing additional detail and background.
- Train and coach Analysts for team development.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of hands-on in-platform experience in paid search or paid social.
- Additional experience across programmatic display or video is a plus.
- Proven passion for digital media/advertising & technology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong ability to create and build relationships.
- Experience in client and account management.
- Ability to multitask with great attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Comfort with MS Excel, data analysis, and internet technologies.
- Enjoyment when working as part of a team.

- £33,000 per annum
