About the Role

Regal Cinema is seeking passionate, part-time cast members to deliver exceptional guest service, cleanliness, and a memorable movie-going experience in a fun and energetic environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets, concessions, and perform usher duties.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods accurately.
• Promote the Regal Crown Club program.
• Ensure tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Operate, prepare, and clean concession equipment.
• Comply with food safety laws and alcohol service regulations where applicable.
• Tear tickets, direct patrons, and manage crowd control.
• Conduct in-theatre inspections for quality and safety.
• Perform in-auditorium concession sales.
• Maintain cleanliness of auditoriums, restrooms, lobby, and other areas.
• Monitor cleanliness and operation of vending equipment.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
• Handle emergency situations.
• Perform general cleaning duties.
• Comply with company dress code.

Requirements

• Must be available to work weekends.
• Weekday opening and/or closing availability is preferred.
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Must be able to perform calculations with speed and accuracy.

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• Must complete required state or local training and obtain the required certificate for alcohol sales/service.
• Must complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.
