About the Role
This leadership role involves managing shopfloor operations in Berlin-Zehlendorf, focusing on team development, productivity, and product quality. You will report to the Senior Manager and play a key role in driving operational excellence and strategic projects within a sustainability-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide disciplinary leadership to shopfloor employees
- Lead, develop, train, and instruct staff to achieve SQDIP goals
- Take direct responsibility for the personal and professional development of team members
- Prepare, conduct, and improve daily management meetings and shift handovers
- Support the Senior Manager in implementing strategic projects and analyses
- Independently execute core chemical production projects
Requirements
- Completed at least 2-year specialized vocational training (e.g., Master, Technician, Business Economist) or a university degree in Engineering
- Extensive professional experience in a production environment
- Knowledge of Lean Management
- Very good German and English language skills
- Willingness to work in shifts (early and late rotation)
