About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Receptionist to join our team. You will set the tone for every guest’s stay with a genuinely warm welcome, ready with answers to questions and offering information about hotel services, facilities and the local area. You will be the face of our hotel for guests staying on property and those visiting our restaurants, bars, and meeting rooms.
Responsibilities
- Provide a genuinely warm welcome to guests.

- Serve as the face of the hotel for guests and visitors.
Requirements
- Must have natural hospitality charm and a passion for service.
- Experience working within a branded hotel environment is ideal but not essential.
- Willingness to work a range of shifts and days, with flexibility.
- Open to discussing shift patterns and contracted hours at interview.
