About the Role

Rothman Orthopaedics is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist in event activation, partnership management, patient engagement, and internal communications. This hybrid role requires 2 days onsite per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist with securing community partnerships and local events, coordinating activation from planning through execution.
• Manage communications for physician awards, including nominations, voting, and recognition.
• Contribute to project management of patient testimonial videos, handling administrative tasks, scheduling, and communications.
• Assist with the distribution of marketing collateral to Rothman offices, events, and partners.
• Aid in the creation and distribution of internal broadcast memos for marketing initiatives.
• Support Rothman internal events.
• Maintain updated content on the Upshow platform.
• Assist with physician listings on hospital websites.
• Support the marketing department on projects involving patient engagement platforms, digital advertising, social media, CRM maintenance, and website content.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associates degree required, bachelors degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of marketing experience preferred.
• Comfortable using SmartSheets.
• Strong written skills.
• Strong knowledge of orthopedics (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must receive the COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment.
