About the Role

Docebo is seeking a builder to lead the strategy and execution of an incredible regional marketing motion across EMEA. The VP of Marketing, EMEA will drive explosive growth, pipeline, and enterprise penetration across vital markets like the UK, SEEMA, DACH, and France by navigating global brand consistency and local market realities to construct a scalable go-to-market machine and co-own revenue outcomes with regional Sales leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Docebo's dynamic regional marketing strategy across Europe, tying it directly to pipeline targets and revenue outcomes.
  • Co-own the pipeline with regional Sales leadership, operating as a strategic partner fully accountable to the exact same numbers.
  • Lead comprehensive regional campaign planning, including digital marketing, events, partner marketing, and customer marketing initiatives.
  • Craft messaging that deeply resonates with European enterprise buyers by translating Docebo's powerful global AI product narrative.
  • Ensure all regional programs accurately reflect local market dynamics while rigorously maintaining Docebo's global brand and positioning standards.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing regional team, including field and regional marketing leaders, to create a culture of accountability, growth, and cross-functional trust.
  • Serve as the strong voice for the EMEA market in global executive discussions.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets, agency relationships, and performance reporting with rigor.

Requirements

  • 14+ years of progressive B2B SaaS marketing experience with high-level leadership responsibility.
  • Proven track record of leading international or regional marketing organizations with direct, measurable accountability for pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Deep fluency in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execution.
  • Experience in co-owning pipeline targets with revenue leadership and operating as a trusted peer to other regional leaders.
  • Strong background in demand generation, digital marketing, impactful events, and holistic integrated campaigns.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to make strategic decisions with data.
  • Experience managing budgets and agencies across multiple markets with exceptional stakeholder skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly across key EMEA markets (UK, Germany, France) with quarterly trips to headquarters.
