About the Role
The Integrated Reporting Solutions team is seeking a Software Product Manager to own the product strategy and roadmap for their reporting ecosystem. This role involves working with engineering teams, solution architects, business leaders, and enterprise clients to evolve tooling, data models, and user experiences, focusing on enabling self-service reporting for faster, smarter decisions.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product roadmap for Integrated Reporting Solutions, balancing long-term vision with near-term delivery.
- Make clear, defensible decisions about product direction through collaboration with stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Communicate trade-offs transparently across the organization.
- Steward the team's reporting tooling suite (Logi Analytics, SSRS, Crystal Reports).
- Oversee the Datamart and Business Object Model, the centralized data repository for self-service reporting.
- Understand data quality, performance bottlenecks, and user friction to drive improvements with the engineering team.
- Engage with key clients and business partners to gather requirements, conduct discovery, and translate complex needs into clear product features.
- Support internal teams and clients on reporting capabilities, troubleshooting issues and maximizing adoption.
- Work closely with product owners, developers, and solution architects to strengthen product thinking and delivery practices.
- Deliver training to internal teams and clients on effective self-service reporting.
- Lead day-to-day product execution, partnering with Scrum Master, developers, QA, architects, and stakeholders.
- Shape sprints, refine the backlog, and remove ambiguity.
- Define KPIs, track success metrics, and use data and client feedback for continuous improvement.

- Practical SQL skills: ability to read, interpret, and write SQL queries.
- Understanding of data structures and reporting, including data models and normalized data.
- Experience with centralized reporting data, such as data warehouses, semantic layers, or business object models.
- Hands-on experience with reporting tools or BI platforms (Logi, SSRS, Power BI, Tableau, Crystal Reports, or similar).
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including conducting discovery sessions and translating business needs into product requirements.
- Agile/Scrum experience, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, acceptance criteria, release readiness, and iterative delivery.
- Natural systems thinker, approaching problems analytically and bringing data to decisions.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and bring structure to complexity; a self-starter.
- Coaching and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts clearly.
- Background in data engineering, data analysis, or BI development is a plus.
- Experience as a Software Product Owner (SPO) or Business Analyst in a reporting or data context is a plus.
