Responsibilities
- Coordinate and serve as a resource for daily program or service operations.
- Act as a liaison between programs/services and internal/external partners.
- Provide support, development, and/or leadership guidance to volunteers.
- Implement and coordinate day-to-day functions supporting program or service operations.
- Develop workable program or service implementation plans.
- Support leadership in coordinating casework activities.
- Respond to general inquiries.
- Participate in small-scale projects involving research, data collection, and recommendation development.
- Support leadership in coordinating educational and outreach programs.
- Participate in volunteer recruitment, orientation, and training.
- Independently resolve minor problems impacting program or service delivery.
- Respond to disaster-related incidents and provide services to clients.
Requirements
- High School or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must pass a preliminary evaluation requirement following a probationary training period.
- Current valid driver's license required.
- Ability to work in a small cubicle and sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
