About the Role

GENORAY is a leading manufacturer and exporter of medical and dental X-ray equipment. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for all people through our devices and our work. We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our European branch in Berlin.

Responsibilities

• Organization of daily office operations, management of office equipment, and coordination of services.
• Communication with external service providers, authorities, and building management.
• Support in managing office supplies and technical resources.
• Support the finance department with accounting, invoice management, and financial report generation.
• Management and archiving of company documents, contracts, and other important records.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Support in optimizing and digitizing documentation processes.
• Creation of employment contracts, maintenance of personnel files, and processing of administrative HR matters.
• Support with the onboarding of new employees, including preparation of workstations and introduction to company policies.
• Application for visa and residence permit applications for international employees.
• Organization of employee discussions and evaluations, as well as maintenance of the HR database.
• Planning, organization, and execution of internal events and team events.

Requirements

• Valid work permit in Germany
• Fluent German and English skills
• Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in office or HR management is desirable
• Organizational talent and attention to detail
• Independent way of working and good communication skills
• Confident use of MS Office and common office software
