About the Role

An Electronics Hardware Technician will participate in all aspects of new product development including schematics, PCB layout, and prototype assembly and validation. Successful technicians on our team can work independently, multi-task effectively across projects, communicate well with engineers, and are comfortable working in a lab environment.

Responsibilities

  • Schematic creation and maintenance
  • Prototype assembly and troubleshooting
  • Soldering rework on electronic assemblies
  • Using basic electronic tools, including power sources, oscilloscopes and analyzers
  • System setup and troubleshooting for EMC, Safety & Environmental testing
  • Data generation and test report completion

Requirements

  • AAS in Electronics Technician Specialization or equivalent experience
  • Experience building, troubleshooting, and validating electromechanical systems
  • Familiarity with electronics hardware and basic electronics tools
  • Experience using Microsoft Office365 suite
