About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing projects with creativity, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking. You will have significant autonomy and responsibility within a supportive team environment, working on challenging projects for major national and international brands.

Responsibilities

• Holistic support and conceptual consulting of exciting clients in the classic advertising sector
• Management and briefing of internal project teams and external service providers
• Concept and creation of presentations (internal and external)
• Calculation and negotiation of costs, as well as cost control
• Project monitoring and quality management
• Central point of contact for clients from briefing through creative development to production for all classic and digital media
• Strategic and conceptual collaboration with strategy and creative departments
• Oversight of project management from project planning, timing & budget control to status reports
• Information management and feedback to your project team
• Planning & optimization of processes, resources & capacities
• Creating & holding presentations & workshops
• Participation in pitches

Requirements

• Vocational school/university degree in communication/marketing or comparable education
• Experience in client management
• Flexibility, teamwork, and resilience
• Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, distinct feel for good creative work, and very good presentation skills
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in communication agencies
• Very good implementation orientation, high initiative, and willingness to take responsibility
• Strong service and quality orientation and high reliability
• Strategic understanding of brands and target groups
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Sound knowledge in TV production and online know-how
• Operational skill, strategic thinking, and confident presentation internally and with clients
• Interest in new media, culture, zeitgeist, lifestyle, and design topics
• Passion for exceptional creative work
• Extensive experience in collaboration and consulting with clients
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Great passion for clear messages
• Excellent English skills and native-level German proficiency
