About the Role

Harvey is expanding its law school program globally, specifically in the UK, EMEA, and APAC markets. The Law School Manager will lead this expansion by managing academic partnerships, building relationships, running trainings, launching ambassador programs, and driving curriculum integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach, relationship development, and onboarding for UK and EMEA law schools.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner institutions, owning relationships with faculty, library staff, student organizations, and administrators.
• Run all product training, demos, workspace setup, and activation events.
• Launch and own UK/EMEA student ambassador and faculty champion networks.
• Advise faculty and curriculum committees on integrating Harvey into courses, clinics, and legal writing programs.
• Build the playbook for each new market and execute the international launch across Paris, Berlin, Singapore, and the Nordics by September 2026.
• Partner with Harvey's UK commercial team, legal engineering, and marketing on in-market events, firm-to-school pipeline, and co-activation opportunities.

Requirements

• UK law degree preferred (LLB, LPC, or equivalent) with a deep understanding of UK law school structures and operations.
• Strong experience in legal practice, legal tech, legal innovation, or academic programs.
• Experience in a client-facing or externally-facing role is a strong differentiator.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of relationships in a high-growth or startup environment.
• Comfortable running product trainings and demos for diverse audiences.
• Entrepreneurial and self-directed with the ability to build from scratch and operate without a playbook.
• Strong organizational instincts to manage multiple schools across countries and time zones.
• Willing and able to travel across the UK, Europe, and APAC.
