About the Role
The London office is seeking an Events & Hospitality specialist to join the award-winning Brand Consulting team. This role focuses on developing and leading guest management programmes within Formula 1, requiring a leader who can manage strategic direction through to on-the-ground execution for premium hospitality experiences.
Responsibilities
- Work with the account team to shape and innovate global Formula 1 hospitality and event experiences.
- Apply strategic expertise to evolve global hospitality programmes, advising clients on audience strategy, programme design, and commercial opportunities.
- Oversee and manage Hospitality team members throughout the planning and execution of guest experience programmes.
- Leverage supplier relationships to coordinate accommodation, travel, and ancillary programmes.
- Track and manage the utilisation of contractual F1 hospitality assets and ticket allocations.
- Travel internationally to deliver in-market guest programmes and manage senior-level guest logistics.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key rights holders to meet approvals and deadlines.
- Manage senior client liaison, stakeholder communication, and reporting.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience delivering premium hospitality and event programmes.
- Significant expertise across Formula 1 and/or global sports partnerships.
- Proven strategic expertise in advising senior clients and shaping long-term hospitality strategies.
- Extensive experience leading complex, international hospitality programmes for global brands.
- Deep understanding of the Formula 1 ecosystem, rights holders, promoters, teams, and hospitality products.
- Established network of industry relationships.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience mentoring high-performing teams.
- Ability to influence and build relationships with C-suite clients and senior stakeholders.
- Outstanding operational judgement with the ability to oversee multiple high-profile programmes simultaneously.
- Strong commercial acumen, including budget management and scope of work development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Agency or client servicing background is preferred.
