About the Role

The Capital Solutions team advises private equity and alternative investment sponsors on secondary advisory, co-investment, and structured capital transactions. This role offers meaningful impact from the start with high exposure to clients and senior bankers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive work forward in partnership with analysts.
  • Perform and synthesize findings from complex analyses through financial modeling and valuation methodologies.
  • Identify trends in data and articulate their impact to stakeholders.
  • Lead analytical work and oversee junior team workstreams for deal execution and business development.
  • Interact effectively with clients in pitch, planning, and update calls.
  • Network with prospective investors and manage client interactions during deal execution.
  • Ensure effective use of analyst time, balancing delegation with collaboration.
  • Deliver accurate and thoughtful work product.
  • Provide real-time performance feedback to analysts.
  • Liaise with colleagues from Primary Fund Placement and M&A Sector teams to originate and execute deals.
  • Share market intelligence, pipeline, and client insights across teams.
  • Articulate thoughts and ideas with clarity and confidence.
  • Translate technical concepts, data, and analysis into compelling market narratives.
  • Participate in firm initiatives such as recruiting, junior banker training, marketing, diversity, and community outreach.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
  • Direct experience of secondary transactions and/or co-investments strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work in the U.K.
  • Ability to work in the U.K. [We do offer sponsorship]
