About the Role

As a SAP Trainer (employed or freelance), you will be instrumental in developing our training offerings in a high-demand job market area, enabling individuals to start attractive careers. This role involves developing and implementing a new curriculum for SAP development (ABAP/S4 HANA).

Responsibilities

• Conceive and structure a practical curriculum in SAP ABAP programming and S/4 HANA.
• Prepare and deliver learning content, from SAP basics to complex topics like data modeling, interfaces, customizing, and migration.
• Design modern, interactive, and learner-centered course content in collaboration with the Product Team.
• Conduct SAP user training for participants with little to no prior experience (optional post-development phase).
• Continuously update course materials according to current SAP community standards and job market requirements.
• Ensure a high degree of practical relevance by integrating real-world SAP project case studies.

Requirements

• Completed degree or vocational training in a relevant field.
• Several years of professional experience as an SAP user or developer (ABAP, S/4 HANA).
• Experience in training, knowledge transfer, or curriculum design is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP Objects, SAP S/4 HANA, and ideally Fiori/UI5.
• Enjoy conveying complex content in an understandable and practical manner.
• Didactic skills, patience, and enthusiasm for working with people in further education.
• Very good German or English language skills.
