About the Role

The Digital Career Institute (DCI) is a leading provider of digital further education in Germany, helping individuals transition into new careers by connecting education, the job market, and companies. We are seeking a Teacher (m/f/d) for our Digital Sales course, offered as either permanent employment or freelance.

Responsibilities

• Teach the fundamentals of Digital Sales, CRMs, AI Automations, Sales Strategies and Channels, Sales Conversations, and Negotiation Skills in online live sessions.
• Convey foundational to advanced topics including Excel, Data Analysis, AI Integrations, Business Processes, KPI Definition, personal development, and mindset.
• Prepare and continuously develop the course curriculum.
• Collaborate closely with the pedagogical team.

Requirements

• Completed university degree or vocational training in a relevant field and/or several years of sales experience, particularly in the digital sector.
• Teaching experience in the relevant subject areas.
• Experience in remote teaching and high digital affinity.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• High pedagogical competence, didactic skill, patience, and enthusiasm for working with people in further education.
