About the Role
As a Teacher/Lehrer (m/w/d) Business Automation Engineer (freelance), you will be instrumental in building our training offerings in one of the fastest-growing job market sectors. You will empower individuals to transform manual processes into efficient, automated digital workflows.
Responsibilities
- Structuring a practical curriculum for Business Automation, including tools like Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier/Make, and AI integrations.
- Designing and creating all teaching units, learning materials, and presentations from scratch.
- Conducting interactive, location-independent, and digital teaching sessions.
- Developing practical exercises for automating standard business processes such as CRM syncs, automated invoice processing, or onboarding workflows.
- Training on platforms like the Microsoft Power Platform, n8n, or similar enterprise solutions.
- Teaching how to integrate LLMs like the OpenAI API into automated workflows.
Requirements
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate.
- Desirable pedagogical qualifications such as a Train-the-Trainer certificate.
- Proficiency in handling APIs (REST/JSON), webhooks, cloud databases, and modern SaaS ecosystems.
- Enjoyment in clearly explaining complex logical processes to career changers.
- Fluent German for teaching and good English skills for working with technical documentation.
Skills
- In-depth experience with automation tools like Microsoft Power Automate, Make.com, or Zapier.
- Ideally, knowledge of Python or JavaScript for advanced scripting.
- Ability to independently develop and didactically prepare new teaching material.
