About the Role
As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for staffing our Fleet Operations department (warehouses) across different countries such as Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will partner with hiring managers, supporting them in their recruitment, advising them on talent acquisition, and coaching them on Voi's best practices. You will also collaborate with the wider People & Culture function to develop and strengthen talent acquisition practices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and communicate trends
- Own and drive the recruitment process from start to finish
- Source directly and work proactively to build diversified candidature pipelines
- Manage communication with candidates and ensure a stellar candidate experience
- Contribute to the development of a strong culture by setting an example as a member of the People & Culture team
Requirements
- Fluent in English and German
- Several years of experience working with end-to-end volume recruitment within warehouse or blue-collar roles
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience or knowledge with different search & sourcing techniques, including finding talent outside of obvious places
- Good knowledge of recruitment platforms & systems such as LinkedIn and Teamtailor
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
