About the Role

Join our team to help shape the foundation for a modern and future-proof Berlin administration and drive digitalization. Our 14-member team in Corporate Controlling at ITDZ Berlin plays a key role in steering and strategically developing the company. Responsibilities

Design and optimize controlling processes and instruments independently.
Create, analyze, and comment on monthly and management reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in economic planning, budgeting, forecasts, and annual closing.
Develop liquidity controlling as well as planning and forecast processes.
Develop key performance indicator systems and controlling instruments, and drive digitalization in controlling.
Analyze economic contexts, evaluate opportunities and risks, and support management with sound decision proposals.

Requirements

Bachelor's or university of applied sciences degree (e.g., Business Administration) or equivalent knowledge and skills.
Strong knowledge and experience in internal and external accounting (especially cost and performance accounting).
Very good knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel (including complex analyses, Pivot analyses, and data modeling).
Sound knowledge and experience with Business Intelligence and reporting systems.
Extensive expertise to provide targeted consulting for the respective specialist area, especially in controlling (liquidity controlling, financial controlling, and reporting).
German language skills at C1 level (GER).
