About the Role

We are seeking an experienced engineering leader who enjoys helping teams perform at their best. This role combines strong technical expertise with people leadership to foster an environment where engineers can thrive, take ownership, and deliver impactful customer outcomes. You will be comfortable in a fast-paced, global setting and experienced in guiding software engineering teams through periods of change and growth. A passion for continuous improvement, modern software development, and leveraging new technologies like AI to enhance team effectiveness is key.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team, supporting career growth, performance, and team success.
Partner with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions and business outcomes.
Drive engineering excellence through modern cloud-based development practices, automation, security, and continuous delivery.
Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement while supporting the adoption of AI-enabled ways of working.

Requirements

Experience managing software engineering teams delivering SaaS (Software as a Service) products.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Experience working with globally distributed or remote engineering teams.
Understanding of secure software development practices and balancing technical decisions with business priorities.
