About the Role
This graduate program is designed by clinicians, for clinicians, offering structure, mentorship, and flexibility to ensure long-term success beyond the graduate year. You will support NDIS participants aged 6-65 with a varied caseload including language, mealtimes, feeding, dysphagia, aphasia, and AAC.
Responsibilities
- Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
- Build long-term relationships and see real progress
- Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team
- Deliver functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces
Requirements
- Speech Pathology qualification (graduating in 2026 or January 2027)
- Passion for supporting people with disability
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
