About the Role

We are Dschungel – a creative performance agency from Berlin. We grow large consumer brands in Beauty, Nutrition, Home & Living, and more through Paid Social. You will be the central point for content production, finding the right creators, planning shoots, and ensuring a constant supply of high-performing content.

Responsibilities

• Scout suitable creators on Instagram, TikTok, etc., and build a creator pool.
• Plan and coordinate on-site shoots in Berlin with clients, creators, or extras.
• Assist with native social formats and potentially appear on camera.
• Manage all aspects of project coordination, including briefings, deadlines, availability, and materials.
• Act as the liaison between creators, account management, and video editing.
• Contribute creative ideas and fresh angles, focusing on what performs well on Meta platforms.

Requirements

• Currently studying Marketing, Communications, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Previous work experience as a working student, preferably in an agency, startup, or e-commerce company.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and what resonates with audiences on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Comfortable with AI and new tools, with a willingness to expand your knowledge.
• Experience writing prompts for AI tools.
• Open and proactive communication style, comfortable approaching people and coordinating shoots.
• Team player with transparent communication, curiosity, and openness to feedback.
• Ambition to pursue a full-time career in Paid Social after graduation.
• Willingness to film or be on camera and demonstrate good takes.
