About the Role

As Event Coordinator / Office (m/w/d), you will be responsible for all in-house events, managing them from the initial consultation through execution to billing. You will set monthly goals, discuss current topics, and ensure all relevant departments are informed. You will also develop and implement the competitive and pricing strategy in consultation with your team. In operations, you will ensure the successful execution of events and actively support the Event Operation Team.

Responsibilities

Sales and planning of corporate events such as conferences, workshops, and meetings
Sales and planning of celebrations such as weddings, family gatherings, and business dinners
Planning of own musical & culinary events
Handover to Event Service and coordination of on-site processes
Creation of invoices
Internal communication with all affected departments
Working with the Protel Air event tool and all office programs

Requirements

Excellent and conscientious organizational skills
Extensive knowledge in upscale gastronomy
Experience in the event industry
Fluent German and English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Social media knowledge and marketing experience
Knowledge of Open Table, Vectron & Protel Air is an advantage
