About the Role
We are EPHIA – the academy for responsible and inclusive aesthetic medicine. With LÄK-certified courses, online and offline classes, and an active physician community, we are setting new standards in aesthetic training. Our goal: to train medical professionals to be confident practitioners who can treat a diverse clientele with confidence, evidence-based, and patient-centered care. To achieve this, we are looking for you as a lecturer for our practical courses.
Responsibilities
- You will lead our practical courses in the fields of Botulinum, Dermal Fillers, and Skincare, from basic to masterclass.
- You will guide our participants in hands-on training with test subjects and provide individual, appreciative feedback.
- You will teach not only techniques but also anatomy, indication, complication management, and patient communication.
- You will actively contribute to the further development of our curricula and stay at the forefront of aesthetic medicine with our team.
- You will represent EPHIA as part of our community, with sound expertise, empathy, and integrity.
Requirements
- You are a licensed physician with sound experience in aesthetic medicine (Botulinum, Dermal Fillers, and/or related procedures).
- You have several years of practical treatment experience and ideally some teaching experience – but it's not a must if you enjoy knowledge transfer.
- You work evidence-based, safely, and at a high professional level, and can impart your knowledge clearly, structured, and practically.
- You share our values: inclusive aesthetic practice, respect for the individuality of each patient (cultural, ethnic, gender-specific, physical), and treatment that focuses on the person, not the protocol.
- You are empathetic, a strong communicator, team-oriented, and eager to be part of a community that is rethinking aesthetic medicine.
