About the Role

The Assessment Officer will work with the team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality credentialing assessments. The post holder will be responsible for delivering assessments and associated administration, maintaining the website, and servicing committees along with providing high quality administrative support with the everyday running of the wider team including supporting project work and managing the departmental mailbox.

Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end credentialing assessments, including scheduling, finance processing, and producing and releasing accurate candidate outcomes within agreed timelines.
Process applications for Accreditation of Prior Learning (APCL) in line with standard operating procedures.
Prepare documentation for appeals, misconducts and complaints in line with relevant procedures.
Support proofreading and review of assessment documentation, including curricula, assessment guidance and regulations.
Onboard new assessors, including processing contracts via a digital contract management platform and maintaining an up-to-date assessor database (including training status).
Communicate effectively and confidently with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior members of the profession.

Requirements

Previous administrative experience in a busy environment
Experience of updating Web pages and documents held within
Experience of delivering complex workflows involving multiple stakeholders
Experience of utilising and evaluating standard operating procedures to support operational processes
Experience of coordinating and scheduling meetings with senior stakeholders
