About the Role
We are seeking a driven individual to build relationships and bring facility partners to ALL PRO NYC LLC, a nurse-led healthcare staffing, training, and consulting firm. This role requires in-person engagement within the NY metro area.
Responsibilities
- Introduce ALL PRO NYC as a nurse-led staffing partner to assigned territory facilities.
- Meet directly with Administrators, Directors of Nursing, and HR decision-makers.
- Attend local healthcare networking events and build a facility pipeline.
- Log weekly activity, including visits made, contacts collected, and meetings booked.
- Follow up consistently to move prospects toward signed agreements.
- Partner with the team to ensure new accounts are onboarded and supported.
Requirements
- Must live in the NY metro area and be physically present at facilities weekly.
- Prior experience in healthcare sales, staffing sales, or medical/facility-based sales is preferred.
- Strong relationship-building instincts and a willingness to learn the industry quickly are essential.
- Comfortable with in-person cold visits and follow-through, not just phone/email outreach.
- Ability to manage one's own schedule and stay accountable without daily oversight.
