About the Role

Support the Transaction Monitoring product portfolio throughout the product lifecycle. Partner with Product Managers to define and document business requirements, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria. Maintain and refine product backlogs, ensuring work is prioritized and aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Compliance, Operations, Data Science, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality product enhancements. Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Analyze business processes and recommend product improvements that increase detection effectiveness, operational efficiency, and customer value. Coordinate feature delivery across multiple teams while identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, production validation, and release activities. Create and maintain product documentation, process flows, and supporting artifacts. Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Assist with production issue analysis, root cause investigations, and resolution planning.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Analysis, Business Analysis, or a related role.
  • Experience with Fraud, Credit Risk, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) transaction monitoring solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Agile or SAFe Agile product development methodologies.
  • Experience writing business requirements, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Experience supporting backlog management and Agile delivery.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within payments, fintech, banking, or financial services.
  • Familiarity with transaction monitoring concepts including alert generation, rules management, thresholds, segmentation, model tuning, and case management.
