About the Role
The Treasury Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) function plays a key role in enabling Treasury to price and commercially steer the firm’s financial resources in all environments following a risk-based approach. FTP is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective Funds Transfer Pricing framework globally. The Framework’s key goal is to fairly price and remunerate businesses for providing financial resources and to allocate firm’s funding costs to its drivers, supported with additional tools such as Marginal Shareholder Value Added analysis. In addition to FTP, the team is also responsible for delivering all aspects of the Sustainable Instruments Framework, including risk management and incentivising asset generation. It plays a key role in supporting the execution of the firm’s overall ESG Strategy, working in partnership with ESG business heads, Chief Sustainability Office, and ESG CFO. Opportunities within FTP team include exposure to most of the Bank’s businesses and products enabling steep learning curve, close cooperation with both Front Office and Finance, exposure to senior business and Treasury management and ability to influence firm’s strategy. You will join the team supporting continuous optimisation of various aspects of firm’s FTP framework.
