About the Role
At De Lane Lea, we partner with industry-leading filmmakers and studios to deliver exceptional post-production for feature films and high-end television. We are seeking a talented Post Producer to oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring the highest level of service and creative excellence. You will be the vital link between clients and specialist post-production teams, coordinating talent, technology, and workflows to deliver outstanding results while building trusted relationships.
Responsibilities
- Project manage feature films and episodic television throughout the facility.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
- Provide a first-class customer experience.
- Understand and manage all requirements around deliverables, including technical specs, onboarding, and QC workflows.
- Provide detailed cost and billing analysis for each production.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Actively assist in the sales process.
- Manage schedules of creatives, operators, and support staff across the picture department.
- Manage and present workflows to key clients, including at pre-production meetings.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Post Producer / Post Production Manager on studio-level features and high-end TV Drama.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of feature film and episodic television post-production processes and industry-standard deliverables.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Outstanding client handling skills and experience in generating new business from existing and new clients.
- Familiarity with Conditions of Service, Contract of Employment, Health and Safety and their impact on staff.
- Understand the importance of Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden values, policies, procedures, and guidelines, including Health & Safety guidelines.
