About the Role
We are an innovative leisure and event concept operating on areas of 1,000 to 2,000 square meters, offering a unique blend of quiz, tactics, and action for team events, bachelor parties, and large events. As a working student in Finance, you will work directly with our CFO on all aspects of finance, including financing, controlling, planning, and reporting, and help elevate our finance department.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to accounting by processing creditor invoices and preparing them for departmental release.
- Support the annual planning process for precise budget and strategic company planning.
- Assist the CFO in establishing processes to optimize controlling and build reporting structures.
- Manage and maintain financial data, create reports, and other documents with accuracy and precision.
- Test and implement new software solutions and AI tools in the finance area, optimize internal workflows through targeted prompting, and drive process digitalization.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a business administration student, ideally with a focus on Accounting, Controlling, or Finance.
- Ability to maintain an overview and set priorities effectively.
- Technically proficient with a quick understanding of complex contexts.
- Comfortable working with data and large spreadsheets.
- Previous work experience in the finance sector is a plus.
- Precise, structured, and detail-oriented approach to work, including administrative tasks.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools, an understanding of AI tools, and ideally initial experience with prompting.
