About the Role
We are an innovative leisure and event concept looking for a working student in HR to help our HR team recruit top talent, ensure a smooth onboarding process, and support with HR admin tasks. If you are interested in recruiting, HR topics, and working in an innovative environment with cool people, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Support recruiting and applicant management, including writing job descriptions, posting on job platforms, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage candidate communication from scheduling to rejections.
- Ensure new hires feel welcome and have necessary resources from day one.
- Maintain employee data, create contracts, certificates, and other documents.
- Contribute ideas and support HR projects, from process optimization to new initiatives.
- Keep HR databases and reports up-to-date.
- Research and implement the latest HR marketing trends with the marketing team.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student (preferably in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology).
- Ability to maintain an overview and set priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and reliable demeanor.
- Interest in recruiting and onboarding.
- Previous HR experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in GSuite products is advantageous.
- Precise, structured, and detail-oriented work style, especially with administrative tasks.
