About the Role

Expleo is seeking an experienced AI Practice Lead to establish, grow, and lead our AI consulting and delivery capability across BFSI, Energy & Utilities, and Diversified Industries. This strategic leadership role will shape Expleo's AI vision, build market-leading offerings, mentor high-performing teams, and help clients unlock measurable business value through AI-driven transformation. The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, enabling them to engage senior executives while providing practical guidance on the design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions. A senior consulting and technology leader with strong executive presence, deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence and modern data ecosystems, and a proven track record of shaping and delivering large-scale AI transformation programmes. The successful candidate will be comfortable engaging C-suite and senior stakeholders, defining AI strategies, building high-performing teams, and leading complex transformation initiatives across Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Energy, and Utilities clients. They will combine strategic consulting capability with sufficient technical depth to provide architectural guidance and assurance when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Expleo's AI Practice, driving strategy, market positioning, capability development, revenue growth, and delivery excellence.
• Shape enterprise AI strategies and transformation programmes by partnering with senior client stakeholders.
• Lead AI opportunity discovery and roadmap development, including running workshops, identifying use cases, building business cases, and defining roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership across AI technologies, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, Data Platforms, Cloud AI Services, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Remain hands-on where required, providing architectural guidance, technical assurance, innovation leadership, and supporting complex delivery challenges.
• Develop AI offerings and thought leadership, including industry-specific solutions, accelerators, partnerships, and reusable assets.
• Support business growth and solution shaping through consultative business development and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure successful programme delivery with strong governance, quality, scalability, business outcomes, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and develop high-performing teams, mentoring AI consultants, architects, data specialists, and engineers.

Requirements

• Proven experience shaping and delivering large-scale Data & AI transformation programmes.
• Strong consulting background including solution shaping, stakeholder engagement, executive workshops, and business case development.
• Experience building, leading, and scaling AI capabilities, teams, or centres of excellence.
• Experience engaging with executive and C-suite stakeholders.
