About the Role

As a Junior Software Engineer, you will be involved in the development and maintenance of enterprise applications. You will gain experience working in a global IT service company and have the opportunity to grow. We aim to build a pool of talent proficient in Java technologies and delivering fully functional software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement throughout the development life cycle of enterprise-level software solutions, including enhancing and maintaining software applications.
• Perform system integration testing and troubleshoot software application issues.
• Conduct unit testing using unit test frameworks.
• Create and maintain documentation for software design specifications.

Requirements

• Studying towards a Bachelor's degree in Computing/Information Technology or related field, with up to 1 year of working experience.
• Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in Java programming.
• Knowledge in relational databases such as Oracle and MySQL.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of modern software development methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team.
