About the Role

This position is within the Compliance Department's Corporate Compliance Group, a core function responsible for company-wide legal compliance and internal control enhancement. The role is expected to leverage advanced expertise in incident response and personal information protection to lead risk reduction and recurrence prevention efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and conduct investigations for incidents and personal information leakage cases.
  • Analyze causes and plan/promote recurrence prevention measures.
  • Develop compliance-related policies and manuals, and establish processes.
  • Handle reporting to the principal regulatory authorities and industry associations.
  • Maintain and deploy relevant regulations and manuals throughout the company.

Requirements

  • Practical experience in compliance or internal control operations at a life insurance company.
  • Practical experience in incident response and internal investigations.
  • Experience in regulatory authority response or reporting based on laws and regulations.
  • Ability to proactively lead complex cases and engage relevant departments.
  • Experience in personal information protection, AML/CFT, or fraud response.
  • Experience in negotiations and on-site inspections with regulatory authorities.
  • Experience in planning compliance measures (education, system development).
  • English proficiency for group-level communication.
