About the Role

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial 3D printing systems. This includes performing upgrades, retrofits, and providing customer training to ensure safe and confident operation of the equipment. You will also be responsible for timely and structured reporting after each service call.

Responsibilities

• Independently install, maintain, and repair industrial 3D printing systems at customer sites.
• Perform upgrades, complex retrofits, and individual customer training sessions.
• Provide practical basic training to customers.
• Ensure timely and structured reporting after service calls.
• Participate in intensive, job-specific training at the technical training center.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field, or a technician's qualification in these areas.
• Professional experience as an external service technician.
• Experience in professional customer interaction.
• Technical affinity and experience with service tools.
• Willingness to undertake multi-day business trips domestically and internationally.
• Valid driver's license for passenger cars.
