About the Role
As a Senior CSA Cost Manager at Linesight, you will work with experienced, diverse, and passionate teams, gaining vast industry experience that will expand your skillset and perspective. We empower you to take responsibility and control your career progression.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the tender/bid process, from documentation through analysis and reporting.
- Analyze tenders/bids to ensure client value for money.
- Assist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts, including handling claims.
- Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
- Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports, and communicate variations.
- Support project management and decision-making through cost documentation and communication.
- Support the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims.
- Engage new clients and repeat business through business development skills.
- Foster employee performance and growth through mentorship and leadership.
Requirements
- Experienced cost manager on large-scale data centre or critical infrastructure construction projects with leadership experience.
- Chartered or on the path to becoming chartered.
- Savvy in understanding business models and pursuing market opportunities.
- Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
- Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects.
- Ability to build strong relationships with team and clients.
