About the Role

Support our creative department 'navos create' by designing communication measures that capture attention. You will assist a team of print, UI/UX, and motion designers in creating impactful designs.

Responsibilities

• Support the conception and design of user-centered interfaces for web and digital products.
• Collaborate on wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes in close coordination with experienced colleagues.
• Conduct simple research tasks, such as competitor analysis and best practice research.
• Assist with user interviews, usability tests, and the evaluation of user feedback.
• Contribute to design systems and UI libraries.
• Engage in close exchange with colleagues from conception, development, and project management in agile projects.
• Gradually take over own, less complex task packages in client projects.

Requirements

• Completed degree or training in UI/UX, communication, or media design.
• Experience with Figma and Adobe.
• A feel for design, typography, and user-centered interaction concepts.
• Interest in research, information architecture, and iterative work.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and enjoyment in contributing and discussing own ideas.
• Team spirit and strong communication skills in exchange with development, conception, and clients.
• Good German and English language skills.
