About the Role

The Growth Alliance team at HelloFresh focuses on customer acquisition, retention, and referrals by building global digital experiences like checkout funnels, discounting services, experimentation platforms, and referral technology. This role offers the opportunity to shape how millions interact with food and technology.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, designers, and analysts.
• Build, test, and ship features that improve the customer experience and drive growth.
• Contribute to code quality, performance, and maintainability of our mobile applications.
• Participate in system design discussions and help implement scalable solutions.
• Work with backend services and APIs to deliver seamless end-to-end functionality.
• Use data and experimentation to inform product decisions and iterate on features.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement through code reviews and team discussions.
• Stay current with emerging tools and practices, including AI-assisted development workflows.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience working with React / React Native.
• 2–4 years of experience building mobile applications (iOS and/or Android) using technologies such as Swift, Kotlin, or React Native.
• Solid understanding of integrating frontend applications with backend services and APIs.
• Experience with testing (unit, integration, or end-to-end) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with agile development and working in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and product managers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Experience with experimentation platforms (A/B testing) is a plus.
• Exposure to AI/ML-powered features or tools is a plus.
• Experience optimizing performance for mobile applications at scale is a plus.
