About the Role

Support the Enterprise Architecture (EA) team in planning, tracking, and governance of architecture deliverables, including intake requests, reviews, roadmaps, and strategic initiatives. Manage and maintain Jira projects, workflows, dashboards, reports, and Confluence spaces. Design and implement Jira automations, workflow enhancements, notifications, and reporting solutions. Coordinate architecture forums, review boards, intake meetings, action items, metrics reporting, and stakeholder communications. Leverage AI tools to streamline documentation, reporting, process automation, and knowledge management.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage project efforts from beginning to end.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project and project team.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
  • Track and report on budget and resource allocations across the project team to ensure forecasting of project spend is consistently reported.
  • Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Develop project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Develop and deliver budgets, progress reports, proposals, and estimates.
  • Status reporting and timely escalations to management to ensure that decision makers have relevant and up to date information.
  • Co-ordination and oversight of all business areas responsible for testing efforts of technology projects related to program.

Requirements

  • Possess strong hands-on experience with Jira, Jira Automation, Confluence, AI-enabled tools, and project management platforms.
  • Proven background in process improvement, workflow automation, and operational excellence.
  • Be able to handle tough personalities + environments.
  • Handle full end to end SDLC.
  • Someone that can advocate for architects.
  • Taking into consideration performance of systems.
  • Ability to present to leadership.
  • Be able to look at gaps.
