About the Role
We are rebuilding our Inside Sales team for our brokerage division and you will be the first hire. Your mission is to speak with property owners considering selling their apartment. You will exclusively call owners from our existing management portfolio, where trust in Buena is already established. Your role is to qualify their selling intentions and book appointments for our brokers.
Responsibilities
- Call over 100 owners per day, pre-filtered by data-driven sales signals.
- Professionally and sympathetically listen, qualify, and schedule appointments during direct conversations.
- Maintain accurate records of your results in the CRM.
- Provide practical feedback from calls to iterate on conversation guides and actively build our playbooks.
- Focus on operations, testing and optimizing processes.
- Take on onboarding and coaching of new colleagues as the team grows.
- Potentially move into a Team Lead role with strong performance.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as an Inside Sales Agent, SDR, or BDR, ideally with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- High energy and enthusiasm for making a high volume of calls daily.
- A builder mentality with a desire to establish processes from scratch.
- Native-level German language proficiency.
- A voice that inspires trust over the phone.
- Reside in Berlin and enjoy working from our office in Prenzlauer Berg.
