About the Role
Support on ticketing and asset management across key Partnerships with Premier League, Merlin and Live Nation. This role combines elements of asset management with ticketing and hospitality operations, giving the Assistant direct exposure to international stakeholders, clients and markets with the opportunity to support one of the agencies’ biggest accounts.
Responsibilities
- Support senior leads in delivering key ticketing workstreams for a variety partnerships programmes across UK and European markets, including ticket allocation, distribution and tracking.
- Support the senior team with project plans, timelines, status trackers, and internal documentation to ensure smooth and timely delivery across all workstreams.
- Play a supporting role in budget tracking and financial administration, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Contribute to client calls, status meetings, and programme updates by preparing information, presenting workstream progress, and sharing delivery insights.
- Develop productive working relationships with internal teams in London and global markets.
- Support clear and consistent communication between clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in developing guest communications, itineraries, welcome materials, and programme documentation.
- Support in the development and refinery of guest journey plans to ensure a seamless experience throughout each event.
- Take ownership and responsibility for administrative tasks, managing others to deliver too.
- Regular reporting of task completion and updates to managers and above.
- Coordinating finance requirements on projects using company systems and processes effectively (setting up job numbers, estimates etc.).
- Complete timesheets and other day to day administrative tasks timely and accurately.
- Contribute to agency culture by getting involved in company/team initiatives.
- Proactively take interest in industry news and share knowledge/the latest with the wider team.
- Seek out and actively learn new skills (through relevant training, webinars etc.) to develop and increase knowledge.
- Plan and agree short- and long-term goals with your line manager, drive your career development.
