About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Sales Assistant for our new store opening in Balmain. This role offers a welcoming, family-driven environment where you will be valued and supported.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through genuine, friendly interactions
- Use product knowledge and styling skills to assist customers
- Work with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive store culture
- Maintain store presentation through visual merchandising and stock processing
Requirements
- Experience in fashion retail or a customer-focused environment
- A genuine passion for the brand and its customers
- Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
- A hands-on, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset
- Great visual merchandising and styling ability
- Availability to work a variety of shifts during the week and weekend
- Flexibility to work increased shifts as required during peak periods and for covering team member leave
