About the Role

As the Manager for Technical Operations, you will ensure all hotel equipment functions correctly and efficiently. You will work closely with your team to maintain essential services for guests and staff, contributing to the smooth operation of the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all devices in the hotel are functional at all times and provide quick solutions when issues arise.
• Contribute to budget creation and maintain an entrepreneurial oversight of your area.
• Support various hotel projects and assist colleagues during their vacation.
• Collaborate with the occupational safety specialist to ensure a safe environment for colleagues and guests.
• Maintain an overview of projects and technical issues, such as heating and Wi-Fi failures, simultaneously.

Requirements

• Professional experience in a similar role.
• Completed technical training.
• Enjoy interacting with guests, not just working behind the scenes.
• Possess organizational talent, consistency, and a team spirit to optimally support colleagues in employee management.
