About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager will lead messaging, go-to-market execution, and campaign activity for the Guardian’s portfolio of paid products, including the Guardian App, Feast App, newspaper subscriptions, and Guardian Weekly magazine.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain clear, compelling product messaging and audience propositions across the paid product portfolio.
  • Continuously refine messaging based on performance data, audience insight, and testing.
  • Create and manage detailed launch plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Plan, brief, and deliver consideration-level campaigns that build demand and support acquisition.
  • Ensure strong alignment with performance marketing activity to support conversion.
  • Work closely with Performance Marketing and Supporter Growth teams to ensure coordinated activity across the funnel.
  • Collaborate with Product, Editorial, Brand, and Commercial teams to deliver joined-up campaigns.

Requirements

  • Experience in product marketing, campaign delivery, or integrated marketing roles.
  • Proven experience delivering go-to-market plans and marketing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong skills in developing and applying messaging across different channels.
  • Experience working closely with creative, media, or performance marketing teams.
  • A structured, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Confidence working with data to inform decisions and improve performance.
  • Experience in subscription or digital consumer products.
  • Familiarity with app-based products and marketing.
  • Understanding of full-funnel marketing, particularly the link between brand and performance.
