About the Role
Manage and deliver international Market Research projects, providing excellent client service and achieving project financial goals. Demonstrate superior knowledge in project management and fieldwork, with a strong focus on healthcare and the ability to handle complex projects. Support the training and guidance of junior team members and contribute to internal process improvement plans.
Responsibilities
- Manage international market research projects through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and project financial goals.
- Oversee project specifications review, project setup, resource planning, fieldwork, and timelines.
- Coordinate project kickoff meetings to ensure all parties understand project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Manage programming, translations, overlays, and testing, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.
- Execute project launches and analysis, providing detailed feedback to clients with a solution-oriented approach.
- Manage fieldwork, deliver timely and high-quality client updates, and monitor recruitment for smooth and timely delivery.
- Control project budgets and achieve financial goals.
- Ensure market research participants have a positive project experience by following sampling practices and handling incentive approvals and project queries promptly.
- Provide agreed deliverables to clients within expected timelines and quality.
- Meet billing deadlines and goals, ensuring high adherence to internal processes.
- Support the training and management of Junior Project Managers, including delegation of work.
- Collaborate with senior management to lead, motivate, and develop junior staff.
- Ensure all jobs are carried out within agreed timing schedules and budgets to the level expected by both the client and M3.
- Comply with M3’s operating and sampling procedures, and ensure all practices and systems follow ISO Accreditation and M3 policies.
- Manage and leverage relationships with vendors for accurate and timely deliverables, communications, and issue resolution.
- Partner with Sales and Client Service teams to address issues and/or make recommendations to improve performance on market research studies.
- Support the execution of client service improvement plans on allocated accounts, ensuring collaboration and a consistent, solution-oriented approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in market research project management, preferably in healthcare.
- Self-motivated with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines.
